gatherings of over 12 people without prior approval.

serving of alcohol to minors.

be respectful of the neighbors and keep music and the television to normal
levels.

do not park in the alley or the neighbors parking area. If necessary, please
park on the street on the north side of the house or across the street by
the recycling center.

After
10 PM please refrain from gathering outside or keep noise to normal talking
levels.

We
ask that you do not arrive before 4PM and that you depart before noon unless
prior arrangements have been made.

We require a signed contract with full payment and a $300 ($1000 on special event weekends) security deposit prior to rental.

Please
add $100 to total bill for 7 or more guests.

All
rentals subject to 6% Indiana sales tax and 3% lodging tax.
